Roadmap

TrustGate Roadmap

Behavioral state infrastructure for autonomous onchain systems. Trust builds slowly. Trust collapses quickly.

Where We Are

Live on Arc Testnet

Operational

Phase 1 -- Core Infrastructure

Completed

Trust oracle live on Arc Testnet. Wallets scored by onchain behavioral signals. Five tier system: BLOCKED, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, HIGH_ELITE. Payment routing by tier: instant, time-lock, and escrow settlement. Bot detection active. Score hardening: public responses return tier and score only.

Phase 2 -- DEX Integration

Completed

Token Shield live. Score any token by holder behavior and deployer credibility. widget.js deployed: one script tag, trust badges on any DEX token input. Coordinated buying detection active. Integration docs live at trustgated.xyz/docs/widget-integration.

Phase 2b -- Trust-Ordered Token Discovery

In progress

When multiple tokens share the same name or ticker, DEX search results rank by trust score. Flags surface inline. Rugs go to the bottom, marked not hidden. Batch endpoint, React kit, widget-discovery.js, and /discovery reference surface are in codebase. Exit: trust-ordered lists live on at least one Arc DEX search layer.

Phase 3 -- Token Behavior Intelligence

In progress

Temporal Token Shield: hold duration, exit ratio, wash trading, honeypot flagging, coordinated long-hold exit, wallet score feedback loop, confidence scoring, two-tier explainability (public vs protocol). Core detectors and confidence/summary/snapshot paths are scaffolding in-repo; production hardening and full explainability split still in progress.

Phase 3b -- Staking Intelligence

In progress

Staking as a scoring dimension with 7-day minimum, self-stake zero, duration x size x token-trust formula, circular-ring detection, gradual decay, and public leaderboard. Leaderboard page and heuristic staking signals exist; full formula and USD size multipliers still incomplete.

Upcoming

5 planned

Phase 4 -- Protocol Guard

Upcoming

Contextual trust thresholds by action type. Lending and DAO governance monitoring. Trust Surface Area in alerts. Delivery via Discord, Telegram, email, onchain event. Free for protocols (no subscription fee). Exit: three protocol integrations using free Guard in production.

Phase 5 -- Send Address Shield

Upcoming

Trust scoring at the point of send. Score the destination before the user signs. Surface tier and recommendation in the wallet UI. Target integrations: Rabby Wallet, MetaMask Snaps, Arc-native wallets. Phishing addresses, honeypots, and scam contracts score BLOCKED or LOW -- users see the signal before losing funds.

Phase 6 -- Multichain Expansion

Upcoming

Arc to Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Chain-specific scoring weights. Cross-chain composite score -- a builder with years of history on Ethereum does not appear LOW on Arc just because they arrived recently. Cross-chain deployer tracking -- a deployer who rugged on one chain is flagged on every chain.

Phase 7b -- Agent Trust Layer (Long Term)

Upcoming

An agent is any autonomous or semi-autonomous on-chain actor capable of initiating transactions, making decisions, or interacting with smart contracts on behalf of a user or protocol.

As agents begin holding USDC, executing transactions, and coordinating with other agents onchain, real-time behavioral trust becomes critical for agentic commerce. Trust is the decision signal for right now. Reputation is the long-term record. Both matter, and they can diverge.

TrustGate expands beyond wallets, contracts, and tokens into agent trust infrastructure. The goal is not identity verification. The goal is persistent behavioral trust scoring for autonomous economic actors.

Scoring signals:

  • Successful payment settlement history
  • Transaction and execution reliability
  • Frequency of failed or reverted actions
  • Interaction quality with trusted contracts
  • Cross-agent coordination patterns
  • Spam or exploit-linked behavior
  • Treasury management consistency
  • Long-term operational uptime
  • Trust propagation from integrated protocols and agents

Agent Identity (future): one logical agent mapped to multiple wallets, chains, and execution environments -- not wallet == agent.

Future integrations may include Circle Agent Stack, autonomous payment frameworks, agent marketplaces, delegated execution systems, and agent-to-agent settlement infrastructure.

Phase 7 -- Trust Graph

Upcoming

Move from individual wallet scoring to network-level trust analysis. Map relationships between wallets. Trust propagates through the graph. Identify coordinated clusters even when individual wallets look clean. Sybil resistance at the network level. Built on graph database infrastructure already operational for Intuition MCP.

How TrustGate Works

Four reinforcing layers that compound over time

01

Behavioral Scoring

What you do onchain.

Transaction history, deployments, contract interactions, wallet age, USDC activity. The foundation of every score.

02

Economic Commitment

What you lock and for how long.

Staking history as a trust signal. Capital at risk is skin in the game.

03

Collective Intelligence

How you coordinate with other wallets.

Coordinated exits, wash trading, governance attacks, Sybil clusters. Individual behavior in the context of the network.

04

Temporal Memory

How your behavior evolves across time and chains.

Reputation that compounds. Decay for wallets that go quiet. Rehabilitation for wallets that demonstrate sustained clean behavior over time.

Together these four layers create persistence, accountability, context, and resistance to shallow manipulation that no point-in-time scanner can replicate.

Privacy

TrustGate analyzes behavioral reputation, not identity.

TrustGate models behavioral reputation, not personal identity. It cannot tell you who owns a wallet. It can tell you what that wallet has done, how its behavior has changed over time, and whether its patterns signal risk. This distinction matters legally and operationally — behavioral reputation infrastructure is a fundamentally different category from identity systems.
